Anzac Day at Club Blacktown

When: Thursday 25th April 2024

Details: This year our traditional Anzac Day march down Second Avenue in Blacktown to the Club will commence at 5.00am. The full Anzac Day Dawn service, which is open to the general public, will commence after the this out the front of the Club near the Sub-Branch Memorial from 5.15am. Parking will be limited at the Club with the street closing for the march so please get in early or park in the commuter carparks near Blacktown Station. To access our carpark and the commuter carparks please travel down First Avenue, Blacktown.

All ticketed Sub-Branch members will be invited into our Horizons room for their sit-down breakfast from 7.00am. For more details about this event and for tickets please contact the City of Blacktown RSL Sub-branch directly.

All other attendees will be invited into the Greens for a complimentary sausage sizzle* for Breakfast where the Sydney Anzac Day March will be displayed on our big screen TV. The rest of our club facilities will be open from 9.00am on this day.

Our friends the Bushwackers are back by popular demand in the Horizons room, with doors opening at 12.00pm and the first song and dance kicking off at 1.00pm. On top of this we will have all the traditional Anzac Day sport shown throughout the Club including Essendon vs Collingwood at 3.20pm, Dragons vs Roosters from 4.05pm.

Villaggio, Ocean Treasure and Just Pho will also be open and cooking your favourite meals throughout the day, if you wish to book a table please call 9933 7600 and follow the voice prompts.
