Modern Cantonese, Yum-Cha and Live Seafood Restaurant
Ocean Treasure Asian Dining is our restaurant, located on Level 2, that specializes in Cantonese cuisine. It offers an array of delicious dishes including live and fresh seafood, Hong Kong BBQ, yum cha, and traditional dim sum.
It is owned and operated by the award winning Chef Stevenson. Chef Stevenson brings a wealth of experience to Ocean Treasure Asian Dining, having worked at a number of prestigious restaurants around the world including, Forum Restaurant in Hong Kong, TungLok Group in Singapore, Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, Golden Lustre Hotel in Shenzhen, Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney and Horizon Seafood Restaurant in Sydney, just to name a few. He has been trained by some of the best including three Michelin starred “Abalone King” Yeung Koon-yat and “Chinese Abalone Prince” Guangfan Mai in Hong Kong.
Ocean Treasure Asian Dining is open 7 days a week for yum-cha, lunch and dinner. The restaurant features five private rooms for the more intimate functions, alternatively those looking for something a little less formal are encouraged to book a seat for yum-cha.
