Looking to host your next special event, engagement party, kids birthday or corporate event? Look no further than Club Blacktown. Located in the heart of Western Sydney, our newly renovated Club offers a number of dedicated function spaces perfect to suit your needs. We have everything from outdoor gazebos overlooking our brand new shaded playground, a state of the art indoor/outdoor function facility as well as conference rooms fitted with with the latest audio-visual technology.

Our staff at the Club will ensure your events runs smoothly and that all your guests are looked after. Our friends at Villaggio are here to help cater for all your dietary requirements and take pride in their authentic Italian and Mediterranean inspired cuisine.

The Pavilion

Our newly built indoor/outdoor function room located on level 1. Overlooking our new playground and alfresco dining area this room is fitted with two large screen TVs, a private bar and the latest audio-visual technology this area is perfect for engagements, birthdays and corporate events.

Sanctuary 1

One of our functions room located on Level 1. Fitted with a projector, 2 TVs, a private bar, a private courtyard and the latest audio-visual technology this area is perfect for group training, meetings and corporate events. This room can be opened up to combine with Sanctuary 2 for larger events.

Harmony

An intimate function room located on level 3 of the Club right next to our Horizons room. It is fitted with a projector and has access to a large courtyard. This room is great for group training sessions and small meetings.

Horizons

Our biggest and most versatile room is located on Level 3. Fitted with a projector, a dancefloor, a stage, a private bar, private restrooms, and audio-visual technology this area can be used for birthdays, corporate events, live entertainment, Christmas parties, dance meetings, exam rooms and charity events.

Looking for something a little smaller

If you are looking to host something a little smaller that does not require the need of a private room then look no further than our newly built Gazebos located outside in The Greens. We have four gazebos ranging in sizes that can be privately booked with just a holding fee. These Gazebos are located right next to our new shaded playground and are perfect for those holding family catch-ups or kids birthday parties. To book please call the Club on 02 9933 7600 and ask to speak to our function team.

Large Family Gazebo

Our biggest Gazebo is located right next to the playground and cubby houses and is perfect for big family get togethers and children’s parties. This Gazebo can be booked for groups between 15 – 20 people.

Private Gazebos

We also have 3 additional gazebos that are available to book privately and are situated away from our regular alfresco dining area and towards the playground. Each of these gazebos can sit between 6-10 people and are perfect for those looking to host a more intimate event.
